AUSTRALIA

  • For shipping we charge a flat rate of $10
  • All Australian orders are aimed to be shipped out that day if placed before 3.00PM (AEST) via Australia Post with tracking.
  • Standard delivery can take between 2-8 business days with provided tracking number depending on your location.
  • If you live outside all major cities it could take up to 8 days.

NEW ZEALAND 

 AUS POST EXPRESS WHICH TAKES 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

  • We charge a flat rate of $25
  • TRACKING
  • We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched.
  • Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.
DELAYS OR LOST
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing orders and to receive tracking number/confirmation of order shipment.
  • We are not liable for wrong information given to us when shipping information is asked in check out point. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
  • All unclaimed / un-deliverable parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customers own expense.
  • Zazi Swim is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
  • Zazi Swim does not ship to PO Boxes to countries other than Australia.
CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTY & TAXES
  • PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ZAZI SWIM IS NOT LIABLE FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEES IN YOUR COUNTRY NOR ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR HOLDING TIMES OF PACKAGES BY CUSTOMS.
  • OUR PRICES ON OUR ONLINE STORE DO NOT INCLUDE RELEVANT OVERSEAS DUTIES AND OTHER CUSTOMS CHARGES YOU MAY INCUR WHEN PURCHASING AND IMPORTING TO YOUR COUNTRY.
  • THESE COSTS ARE DETERMINED BY YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE AND ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.
  • PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS CHARGES AND LEVIES PRIOR TO PLACING AN ORDER.
  • ZAZI SWIM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF CUSTOMERS ARE NOT NOTIFIED BY THEIR COUNTRIES POSTAL AUTHORITY THAT ITEMS ARE AWAITING PAYMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES.
  • PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR SHIPMENT WHEN TRACKING NUMBER IS PROVIDED TO AVOID DELAYS.
  • If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $50 return fee deducted from your refund to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable. Thank you x
