Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Zazi Swim purchase, which is why we offer returns on all full priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Provided that the item/s are:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving it
  • The item is in new condition, unworn, undamaged with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner.
  • Item was not bought on sale- All sale items can not be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
  • All return shipping costs are covered by the customer

All returned items will be issued with a store credit which you can use to purchase a new size or style.

How To Return an Item

Please email us at info@zaziswim.com along with your order number. Ensure your items are in new condition with hygiene liners still on with all original packaging and tags still attached. Ship your parcel back to the return address below:

  • We suggest sending your parcel back with tracking as we are not liable for any lost return parcels.
  • Once we receive your parcel and we have looked over the garment to ensure it is in new condition, you will be issued with a store credit in the form of a gift card.

Discounts and Sales

If you are signed up to our mailing list you may have access to discounts and promotions. Any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage off once a sale has commenced.

Faulty Items

We do our best to quality control all our products however if you have received a faulty item please email info@zaziswim.com within 7 days of receiving your item to organise the item to be returned. Please do not use the faulty item as all items must be in original condition, unworn or unwashed. When the item is returned it will be assessed to see if it can be repaired or replaced. If we no longer have the item in stock a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Cancelled orders

Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed. Cancelled orders can only be issued with a store credit. If you only want to cancel one item from your order then you can have the rest shipped and a store credit will be given for the cost of the cancelled item.
