We want you to be completely happy with your Zazi Swim purchase, which is why we offer returns on all full priced items for a STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Provided that the item/s are:
- Returned within 28 days of receiving it
- The item is in new condition, unworn, undamaged with all original packaging and tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner.
- Item was NOT BOUGHT ON SALE - ALL SALE items can not be exchanged or returned unless faulty.
- All return shipping costs are covered by the customer
All returned items will be issued for a STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card which you can use to purchase a new size or style. The gift card is valid for three years from the date of receiving. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
How To Return an Item
1. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number.
2. Ensure your items are in new condition with hygiene liners still on with all original packaging and tags still attached.
3. Ship your parcel back to the return address provided along with your packing slip.
4. We suggest sending your parcel back with tracking as we are not liable for any lost return parcels.
5. Once we receive your parcel and we have looked over the garment to ensure it is in new condition, you will be issued with a store credit in the form of a gift card.
SALES AND PROMOTIONAL CODE ITEMS
- Any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage off once a sale has commenced.
- All products marked as Sale have a strict no returns, exchanges or refunds policy, unless the item is deemed as faulty.
BLACK FRIDAY / CYBER MONDAY SALE
All sales made during our Black Friday Sale are final and not eligible for return, exchange or refund.
We do our best to quality control all our products however if you have received a faulty item please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your item to organise the item to be returned. Please do not use the faulty item as all items must be in original condition, unworn or unwashed. When the item is returned it will be assessed and we will send you out a REPLACEMENT OR STORE CREDIT. If we no longer have the item that was purchased in stock a full refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed. Cancelled orders can only be issued with a store credit. If you only want to cancel one item from your order then you can have the rest shipped and a store credit will be given for the cost of the cancelled item.
