WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex. We also accept Paypal and Shop Pay. Apple Pay is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices. Google Pay is also available for customers with registered accounts.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed. Cancelled orders can only be issued with a store credit. If you only want to cancel one item from your order then you can have the rest shipped and a store credit will be given for the cost of the cancelled item.
CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If your order has been packed for shipping then we cannot make changes.
I FORGOT TO ADD MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I ADD IT AFTER?
Once an order has been made we cannot add/amend the order or make partial refunds due to a discount code. You can always use the discount next time.
